Privacy &
open contributions.
A transparent starting point for public research conversations.
Website
This is a static website intended to be hosted on GitHub Pages. It does not include a custom analytics tracker, advertising script or custom server-side database. The contribution composer runs in your browser and prepares a draft for GitHub; the website itself does not transmit the draft to us. Basic connection information may be processed by GitHub and its infrastructure to deliver the website; see GitHub's privacy statement ↗.
Fonts are requested from Google Fonts when supported by the visitor's browser. Visitors can also browse using local fallback fonts.
Public contributions
The open call uses public GitHub Issues. You may draft a contribution on the website, but nothing is submitted until you continue to GitHub and confirm the public issue. A GitHub account is required to complete a submission. Your GitHub identity, issue content, attachments, timestamps and associated discussion will be publicly accessible and processed under GitHub's platform policies. Please post only information you are comfortable making public.
Do not post confidential research, unpublished patentable inventions, identifying personal information about third parties, or material for which you do not have sharing rights. Participation is voluntary and free.
Use of submissions
Contributors retain rights in their original submissions. Public issues may be discussed and linked to as part of the community conversation. Reproduction in a separate public compilation or publication, beyond routine linking and short factual summaries, will be subject to the contributor's permission and applicable law. No award, review outcome, publication, collaboration or launch opportunity is guaranteed.
Managing a contribution
Participants can edit their own GitHub contributions subject to GitHub's policies. If you would like a contribution reviewed for removal or have a privacy concern, open a repository issue labeled as a moderation request without adding sensitive details. For sensitive concerns, use a private communication channel agreed directly with the founder; do not expose personal information in public issues.
Organizers
Space-Native AI is an independent emerging initiative founded by Bingyi Zhao in Darmstadt, Germany. This is an initial transparency notice, not a representation that a separate incorporated legal entity exists. If additional data collection channels are introduced, their privacy notices will be supplied separately.
